Stage 3 of the redevelopment of The Royal Melbourne Hospital involved the construction of an additional 3 floors above the Front Entry Building (Levels 5, 6 and 7). The strategy for fitout of these floors was similar to levels 3 and 4, completed by Billard Leece Partnership during Stage 2. Our role as the AHJ issuing the building approvals and occupancy approvals for the buildings included negotiations with Authorities, Fire Brigade and Council, and review of the fire engineering design for the centre.
