Redevelopment of an existing facility into a modern 810 bed Level 6 major quaternary/tertiary hospital, with a new curved 9 level tower block of polished white concrete and zinc providing cardiovascular, renal, women's and neonatal care, critical care, day surgery and research/education facilities. Our role as the AHJ issuing the building approvals and occupancy approvals for the buildings included negotiations with Authorities, Fire Brigade and Council, and review of the fire engineering design for the centre.
