Philip Chun and Associates, established in 1990, is proud to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Over that span, we have built our code compliance consulting service into an international firm of building code consultants, providing building design certification, building code, accessibility, fire engineering and fire life safety consultancy to both the private and public sectors, covering all aspects of building regulation and control.

We launched Philip Chun North American by opening the first office in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 2, 2009. The North American practice is directed by Michael Gentille who possesses nearly 20 years of experience in the professional development industry. He brings both an architectural design and code consulting background to the practice with most of this occurring in a jurisdiction that has utilized the I-codes since 2000. This ranks him among the most experienced consultants in the United States in the research and application of the International Building Code (IBC) and other related provisions.
